OBJECTIVES

1. To providing a comprehensive integrated approach to address the needs of various categories of students/jobseekers.
2. To facilitate the educated youth to set a realistic goal after identifying one's strength and weakness considering opportunity ad threat in the job-word and to assist them in realizing the goal.
3. To enhance the self-esteem of the members and to increase their confidence level.
4. To encourage group-learning and interaction with subject experts facilitating aspirants to get through competitive examinations ensuring attractive job placements.
5. To provide short-term training programmes for jobseekers on topics with personality development, confidence building, interview techniques and group discussion skills etc., with a view to increasing the employability of the jobseekers.
6. To identify and cater to the needs of specific groups with differently abled, deserted, destitute window, orphans, etc., with a view to inctrease the employability of these sections of society.
7. To wrok in unsion with employers in the private sector to facilitate job placement in private establishments and to assess the manpower requirements of teh private employers so as to forge a match between the demand and supply for human resources in the private sector.
8. To collaborate with Government Agencies, Universities, Educational institutions and voluntary organizations in the near-by districts to optimize the availability of experts for the ongoing growth of vocational guidance and study circles.
9. To compile of up to date career related information and literature along with building up of comprehensive infra-structure facilities to meet the requirements of candidates seeking guidance for competitive examinations. This will cover books, question banks, audio-video CDs, periodic test models and magazines that will help various categories of Job aspirants to meet all the study requirements.
10. to create an awareness to the aspirants about career opportunities outside the country and guide them with information on GRE, TOFEL, GMAT, SAT, IELTS etc.
11. To create facilities to teach foreign languages.
12. To netwrok with industries with a view to ptomote self-employment through entrepreneirship training.
