VISION 2020

1. In all the Government departments atleast a few candidates of TRACE should work in some capacity.
2. Every year atleast Five IAS/IPS/IFS passed out candidates should emerge from TRACE.
3. Through Entrepreneurship a few members should emerge as Entrepreneurs and many as self employed.
4. Entrepreneurs of TRACE should recruit TRACE Candidates as their employees.
5. The Concept of self-help and to work as a group should result in TRACE members starting NGO's and serving the community.
6. For private placement in corporate sectors, student's skills can be honed and campus recruitment can take place in TRACE premises.
7. TRACE Alumni Association can be formed and through them extension service to Youth can be undertaken.
8. Linkages with overseas manpower corporation can be made and overseas recruitment can be promoted.
